3.6L Pentastar™ V6 with eTorque

The 3.6-litre Pentastar™ V6 engine is standard powertrain for the entry-level RAM 1500 Tradesman and Big Horn models. Fitted with the brand’s eTorque mild-hybrid system, as well as fuel saving feature like Variable Valve Timing (VVT), this tried and true engine is the most efficient powertrain available for the 2024 Ram 1500, returning 11.9L/100km in the city and 9.4L/100km on the highway.

5.7L HEMI® V8 with FuelSaver MDS

The standard powertrain option for the majority of the 2024 RAM 1500 lineup, the venerable 5.7-litre HEMI® V8 offers owners a highly-capable all around engine for light duty pickup truck needs. Standard on RAM 1500 Sport, Rebel, Laramie, Limited Longhorn and Limited models. Available on Tradesman and Big Horn models.

5.7L HEMI® V8 with eTorque

A mild-hybrid variant of the 5.7-litre HEMI® V8 engine, this powertrain adds 130 lb-ft of Launch Torque that makes trailering and towing heavy loads a breeze. With a maximum 4x2 towing capacity of 5,783 kg (12,750 lbs), this powertrain option offers the most capability in the 2024 RAM 1500 lineup. Available on RAM 1500 Sport, Rebel, Laramie, Limited Longhorn and Limited models.

6.2L Supercharged HEMI® V8

Available exclusively on the high-performance 2024 RAM 1500 TRX, the 6.2-litre supercharged HEMI® V8 engine generates an eye-opening 702 horsepower, 650 lb-ft of torque and is capable of bringing the half-ton pickup truck from a standstill to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds!
